What is your Return/Cancellation policy?

Parts: Parts may be returned with a 20% restocking fee, provided it is still in the original sealed package. Any gas, electric, or used parts are not returnable for any reason.

Appliances: Appliances are a major household item and are not returnable unless they are deemed unrepairable by our service department.

Special orders that are still in a sealed box or have been ordered with the manufacturer may be returned for a restocking fee of 20%, or the percentage that the manufacturer charges, whichever is greater, provided that a cancellation and/or return is permitted by the manufacturer. Special order product is defined as any product that is not a stocked item by Home Appliance.

Custom made product may not be cancelled or returned for any reason unless the custom manufacturer allows the cancellation or return. If the custom manufacturer allows a cancellation or return, it is subject to any fees imposed by the custom manufacturer.

What type of guarantee comes with the product?

All product that Home Appliance Sales and Service sells comes complete with the manufacture's guarantee. Home Appliance Sales and Service offers extended warranties on all the products it sells.

Can I get my appliances installed?

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.
