POSITION OVERVIEW: Our service technicians are responsible for all aspects of appliance service including proper diagnosis and repair of appliances, inventory management, customer care and pre-screening service calls. Primary duties include:

  • Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service while performing accurate and professional repair services.
  • Reading parts look ups and ordering proper parts to complete service calls.
  • Team player – work with support, sales and operations staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible
  • Keep up the image – responsible for maintaining clean and orderly service vans to make customer’s first impression a lasting one.
  • Inventory management of truck stock
  • Accurate completion of service tickets

  • SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to accurately repair most makes and models of appliances; knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; Technical background with the ability to problem solve technical issues; be detail oriented to complete paperwork accurately. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
