Refrigerator was not working right off the bat not cooling. They sent someone out to add Freon. It is a no little over a year the warranty expired and I need a new refrigerator or pay 800.00 to have it fixed. We also had issues with out new dishwasher. It needed a replacement within weeks it leaked hot water on my new floor. They tried to replace with a lesser item at first. The replaced it with an equal item and that broke 6 months later atleast it™™s under warranty. It makes me not really enjoy my brand new kitchen with how many problems we had with the appliances.

We purchased this refrigerator new and in less than 2 years the compressor failed. The repair quote was more than the cost to replace it. Major parts like a compressor should last longer. If they are confident in their product it should have a warranty longer than one year. I do not recommend this product due to the short life and am disappointed in a major brand product failing so quickly.

Purchased 2 new fridges from Frigidaire this month. My 25 year old Frigidaire finally gave up service and because of the great experience I had with it I replaced it with a new 3 door bottom freezer from Frigidaire. I also purchased this Garage ready top freezer refrigerator for use in my garage. I no longer have to keep my kitchen refrigerator over filled. Both products are working flawlessly and look great. I purchased my Refrigerator from Beach Sales and took the 5 year warranty for $259 dollars and for piece of mind. Knowing that it was not needed because most refrigerators will last 5 years anyway. But if I don't use it I will be reimbursed $130 dollars so I am told. The setting are on recommended and right now I have to say there is plenty of room and all systems are go.

We had a Frigidaire Gallery series refrigerator since 2012 and never had an issue with it. My wife decided she wanted a new refrigerator but had one condition the freezer needed to have a light. Since having a good experience with Frigidaire we decided to checkout the new models. The model we decided on was the 20 cubic ft Gallery series which fit into the same space of the 18 cubic ft model we had. The new refrigerators interior was completely updated with more than enough shelving and three drawers, the door shelves can hold 1 gallon jugs with ease. The refrigerator is extremely quiet and the exterior stainless steel looks great and does not show finger prints as advertised. If you're looking for a refrigerator with plenty of storage I strongly recommend you check out Frigidaire

Very nice refrigerator bought as an extra storage basement frig. Only thing I™™m concerned about is the freezer door has to be closed with care. Slapping the door when hands are full won™™t close it. There™™s a built in slow closure ™hitch™ that you have to really be conscious of making sure door closes fully.

Have had the fridge for a about 16 months. A few significant issues i've encountered so far with this fridge. The plastic assembly that holds the deli tray is made with the most brittle of plastic. From regular use of pulling out the deli drawer and sliding it back in, the plastic assembly broke - the plastic that the assembly is made of and how it broke is similar to plastic flower pots that are left outdoors over the winter and they become super brittle and break apart. Mine didn't just crack but it also like crumbled into little pieces. The deli tray is similarly made out of cheap plastic and cracked as well. Fortunately, I am still under warranty and a new assembly was sent to me but it seems to be made with the same cheap plastic. I am thinking that the same issue will happen again down the road and I've also now purchased an extended warranty through Electrolux/Fridgidaire even though this is a OEM issue. Another issue with the fridge design is each time you push the fridge door and allow it close on its own, the pressure of the door sealing causes the freezer door to crack open ever so slightly (and it closes back on its own). I suspect this open/closing of the fridge door and the resultant open/close of the freezer door has caused a lot of inadvertent warm air going into the freezer resulting in my freezer having completely iced up behind the freezer cover assembly along with frosting build up on everything and this also now has caused the fridge to not cool (and btw, you can't open up the freezer cover assembly unless you have a special key to do so). I might also add that once ice builds up behind the freezer cover assembly, the freezer sliding switch that you can adjust how cold the freezer is will be frozen as well and completely unslideable. All this said, I've had to unplug the fridge and take everything out of both the fridge/freezer to allow a complete thaw out to reset. Learning lesson, I will now keep my hand on the freezer door each time the fridge door closes to see if this is in fact the cause of the icing issue but to be honest, I am not sure (I've also checked the freezer door seal and it looks ok). Anyways, the fridge looks nice and has lots of space, but the engineering design and material used is not friendly. I still can't fathom the cheapness of the plastic being used that in this fridge. I am giving it 1-star because my fridge is only 16 months old and the issues i have are issues that are a result of normal daily use which shouldn't be happening at the most basic level of what a fridge is intended for - let alone for a mid-tier product from Fridgidaire

This refrigerator has a ton of space. The lighting in the freezer is also very nice. The smudge proof finish is also very nice and holds up well. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is the fact that it is a little noisy compared to our old fridge. Overall a very nice appliance

Overall we are happy with our new refrigerator. Our only complaints would be that the large upper drawer tend to be very unorganized. A few dividers would help to keep things more in order.Also, the door needs a good push to close. We've accidentally left the door partially opened numerous times. It might just be something that differs from our old fridge that we must get used to.
