I purchased the refrigerator a month ago to replace a Maytag refrigerator that was very similar to the Whirlpool model but broke and could not be repaired. I like the smaller ice cubes that the Whirlpool ice make makes. I also like the black stainless steel finish. Not impressed that the Whirlpool did not come with a separate butter dish and space. Also was not impressed with the fact that there was no holder for soda cans as the Maytag had.

I went to go buy the Sunset Bronze set, all 4 in cash, learned the color was just discontinued this morning. I thought it was so innovative that you came up with such a pretty color for those of us who don't like silver and black. It would have gone perfectly with my new kitchen which the Sunset Bronze was planned on 6 months ago. Bring it back please !!

We've only had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks and so far it's been excellent. I love the smooth front and even though I loose cooling when I open the door it takes less than a minute to fill a relatively large glass with water. Ice is in the freezer drawer and appears to make the 10 pounds of ice daily. We're heavy ice users so this function is important. I would recommend this appliance to my family.

We bought this because we did not wat door features of ice and water. Small grandkids pushing in levers resulted in ice and water all over the floor. Also LOVE the room inside fridge because there is no icemaker in there. Absolutely no inconvenience to get ice from bottom drawer or cold filtered water from inside of fridge.

Really like this refrigerator. I wanted a simple, sleek refrigerator with few gadgets that was roomy, kept its temperature. Freezer sturdy and roomy. Many other freezers we looked at were all plastic from runners to bins. So far, very happy.

I have had this frig for about a month. Really like it. We had a little chip on one of the doors on delivery but I called and someone came out and replaced the door, no problems! Like the design and features. Great frig! Glad we bought it.

With the state of refrigerators these days (based on our own experience), a review is worthless until a few years pass. Information like how many repairs, how long before repairs were completed, how many replacements you had to endure, how noisy is it 2 years later. Ask me again in 5 years. (FYI: this is the 3rd replacement refrigerator in 8 years. We have endured over 120 days without normal refrigeration in that time due to various electronic failures, coolant leaks and dozens of service calls.) We hope whirlpool does a better job than the Kenmore, GE and LG brands.

I haven't had the refrigerator that long. Still getting use to the french doors up top and the freezer draw. Plenty of room and the great Led lights inside make it easy to find leftovers. We don't use the ice maker due to us not liking the taste of our water even though we have a water system. I love it but just getting use to it still.

I purchase the Refrigerator 9/12/19 and the bottom pull-out freezer door was damaged (Manufacturing) paint was chipped within the lining. So the Best Pay Tech came out and he re-order the "Panel Door" which took about a week, he call me and stated the same damage for that door panel as well. Best Pay Tech was very nice (Rudy) and he stated he would check the next order before he brought it out.
Finally, Rudy (Best Buy Tech) received a good door panel, called me and replace the bottom pull-out freezer door panel this weekend 10/19/19.

Purchased approximately 5 weeks ago. Where they pulled tape/plastic from door on freezer and left a sticky film that is visible when doors are closed. They said it would come off with warm soapy water but it seems to be there to stay, looks horrible. Don't know how to send pics but wish someone would come look at it

Just bought this to replace a Kenmore Elite that lasted less than a month (warranty exchange). Keeps contents at correct temperatures and quiet. In garage so no water hook-up and have a stand-alone ice maker in house, thus cannot comment on these features.
