I purchased this dishwasher in Dec 2020, waited 3 months for it to come in during the middle of the pandemic. The techs from where I purchased it had problems during the installation on March 5 2021, but it worked once I started using it, that is up until Sept 9 2022. It completely stopped workinhg with an error code that signified a bad drain. SInce that day I have had 2 tech visits and still no operating machine. Now I am being told that the 3rd part required is on back order with no anticipated date of delivery. $1600 for what is supposed to be the top of the line. Nonsense. I have never been more dissapointed in an appliance as I am with my Bosch Benchmark. I will never recommend this product to anyone. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Still new so I can't comment on longevity but so far it is wonderful. Well styled. Lots of freezer capacity. Consistent temperatures. Vegetable bin keeps food fresh longer than I would have thought.

At first, we loved it. After 6 mos, it clogged, but it was covered and tech unclogged it. Then it clogged again. And again. And again. Then the warranty ran out. This time we paid to unclog it, and it clogged again 3 days later. (Note- all techs were Bosch certified). The 3 day old "repair" was suddenly unanswered by the tech who disappeared into the night.
Found a new tech. He unclogged it again (6th time? Maybe 7th?). A day later we got an error code that it was leaking from underneath and wouldn't run. Tech again- this time he pulled a plastic ring nut out of the corner drying unit and showed us that it was broken through. Ok, $10 part. Well- that was over 2 months ago. This part is unavailable nation wide. Maybe world wide.
We've called Bosch directly to find out information. They cannot tell us anything including when or if this part will ever be available again.
So- for lack of a $10 plastic part, my almost $2k dishwasher is a pile of metal that will not run and cannot be repaired. No help or compassion from Bosch- last person we tried to speak to at customer "service" about this part order said it was unavailable and then hung up on us.
Worst.Customer.Service.Ever!!!
After more than 2 mos of hand washing everything for my family of 6- I'm purchasing a different dishwasher by a different maker. If this part EVER becomes available again we might go back to using this unit. Not really sure.

After hand washing dishes for about six months I was finally able to get a Bocsh that I was holding out for . I have to say it was worth the wait dishes come out sparkling clean plastics are dry add makes very very little noise. I wish I could hold more glasses but other than that I'd purchase again

First time owner of a Bosch product - in this case a dishwasher. Embarassed to admit, I look fwd to cleaning kitchen now because of how well it cleans our dishes. This dishwasher is remarkably quiet where only way you can tell is the "time left projection" it makes on our floor. Also, the third top tray makes all the difference for our "small" stuff, which leaves plenty room for "big" stuff in other two remaining trays. This product has our whole family happy as we no longer have to clean dishes AGAIN after they have been thru a cycle. Well done Bosch!!!

Our 10+ year old Bosch recently stopped working and this was one of the only dishwashers available on short notice. We have been very pleased with it so far. Dishes come out sparkling clean almost 100% of the time. The third row provides a spot for some smaller bowls and awkwardly shaped items, allowing for us to fit many more dishes into the other two sections. I find that we run the dishwasher less often because we can fit a lot more into it. I like the projected time remaining on the floor. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase, though it was a little more expensive than we had initially planned for.

THIS REPLACED A KITCHENAID.WHICH WAS.GREAT AT.WASHING AND DRYING, BUT WAS EXTREMELY LOUD AND DID.NOT HAVE ADJUSTABLE SHELVES OR A TOP RACK. THIS MAGNIFICENT PRODUCT IS EXTREMELY VERSATILE WITH AMPLE CHOICES OF EASH CYCLES, DRIES THE DISHES WELL WITH THE CRYSTAL DRY SETTING, AND IS ALMOST COMPLETELY INAUDIBLE AT CLOSE PROXIMITY. A SUPER NICE DESIGN AS WELL. WISH WE HAD PURCHSED SOONER, AND VERY HAPPY TO ADD THE BOSCH TO OUR KITCHEN

After such a short time this dishwasher has failed to impress.
When we first brought it home, I was thrilled about it's noise profile. I thought I wouldn't regret my decision at all.
Boy was I wrong.
It doesn't clean well. Despite using the official detergent, softener, and having very low TDS water, my glasses come out dirty on a regular basis. We often have to scrub them after going through the dish washer because crud gets CAKED on each glass. We now spend a fair amount of time scrubbing our dishes before going in the dishwasher to minimize the dishwasher's poor performance. Not what I was looking for from a top end dishwasher.
Most frustratingly, it is now at least 6-9 decibels louder than it was when we bought it making it's original appeal completely disappear.
I'm not sure if my expectations were too high, but I paid for one their top models to get a dishwasher that doesn't clean that well and is not quiet after less than 2 years of usage.
It's also out of warranty. I guess maybe they are supposed to be disposable. I recommend something far less expensive or a different brand entirely.

I've had this dishwasher for about a month. It is so adjustable it took me about 2 weeks to test out the many configurations to find what works best for me. I'm still finding new ways to load some of the kitchen items I use a bit less frequently. One of the best features is the adjustability of the silverware caddy. I use it doubled up as a short rectangle rather than long. I also find the third rack something of a game changer and am still finding how much of my kitchenware works in it, The only time I hear it is when water is emptying, so the projected time on the floor is very helpful. So glad I opted for this brand and model.

Can not rate this dishwasher high enough. Love everything about it. It's quiet and efficient. I love the rack design and how flexible it is. The racks slide so smoothly. Fits everything perfectly. Could not be happier!

Excellent function. The appliance is very quiet as advertised, it cleans items extremely well, including baked on pie residue. The glassware comes out sparkling. The third top tray is great for utensils, prep dishes and container lids. I hightly recommend this product.

We love our new dishwasher. You never know it is on. We love the wash timing feature that shows on the floor in front of the washer.
The front of this model is clean and slick looking. All buttons are hidden on the inside of the door.
Our dishes are so clean every time.

We waited 14 months for thus dishwasher because of Vobud but it was really worth the wait!
This dishwasher is fabulous. We have very hard water and glasses etc. Always came out kind if filmy. Well, this dishwasher has a salt compartment to soften the water and all the glasseware now come out like they are brand new. It is extremely quiet and having three baskets is a real plus. Just LOVE it!!!!!

We installed ours about a month ago and love it so far. Very quiet. But I did notice last night that on the speed 1hr setting, around the 28 minute mark that it was louder than I expected it to be. I haven't looked up the icon that was displaying on the floor to see where in the cycle it was nor have I checked if the sound happened again the next time it was run nor have I checked if it happens on the full cycle, so lots of variables. It might have been dishes improperly loaded and were banging against each other. We'll see.
This model is a little pricey but we were doing a whole kitchen renovation so the added expense for this model upgrade wasn't a huge percentage of our total budget.
I do like the clean look of it. The brand name is not "in your face". In fact, you can't tell what brand it is unless you open it. I'm actually a little suprised about that.
The majority of the front panel is a brushed stainless so there are no finger prints. But the handle area to the top is shiny and shows every little touch.

Love top tray for spatulas,large spoons and otherwise hard to place items. Water softener works wonders with hard water in our town. No more spotting on glasses. So quiet and the time remaining projected onto the floor is a fun feature. Very versatile for fitting in large pots and pans because the dividers can be adjusted and folded down.

We had a stainless Bosch in our home for 18-20 years - totally repair free - so of course we replaced the dishwasher moving to a condo with another Bosch! I use fine china with a metal band and crystal for special occasions and always have washed in dishwasher but don't use heat - not necessary. Just hit the top of cups/glasses with a towel to absorb any excess water. The bottom rack is always perfectly dry with no water marks. I do notice that this model seems lower to the floor and you have to push down on the door to open, unlike the feel of my other Bosch. And, it's easy to accidentally hit the 'on' button on the left side. That said, love this dishwasher and notice the extra capacity. Oh, one thought, the dishwashers should have a bottom rack for left or right sides of sink. I don't like loading the plates turned away from me - ours is installed on the right. Our old model had a direction split in the middle and that was perfect place to insert a serving plate sometimes. Hope this Bosch serves us as well as the last one - at our age now it will probably outlive us.

I bought new appliances, spent $1500.00 on this wishwasher. It broke 11 months later. Four service visits later it's still not repaired, now awaiting a fifth part which is unavailable. Tried to contact Bosh, you cannot even get thru to them.

We have had this Bosch for a short while but really like many features. The top rack is perfect for many items we wash like tops for our grand kid's cups. The heated drying and the time on the floor make it easy to know when the cycle will finish and insure the dishes are dry before we are ready to put dishes away.

The dishwasher is so quiet at times you may not be aware it is running. I love the fact that there are different cleaning options and the 3rd rack is a total bonus! The silverware basket could be a little larger - that is the only reason for the 4 stars.

This is our 4th Bosch in 17 years. This is the first model where the thrid rack is useless. There's no "silverwear" holder (well the one included would hold enought for one meal for 4 people). Because of the deeper profile, the second rack won't hold glad/rubbermaid containers and if I lower the second rack to fit those, I can't get pots into the dishwasher. What gives? Not sure who you designed the space for except those that don't cook and only host cocktail parties!

Operating instructions were not comprehensive or clear, which is different from our experience with other appliance brands. Even downloading the user manual from the Bosch website did not answer all our questions. We feel that we are not getting all the benefits this dishwasher probably offers.

I love this new dishwasher. I thought the 3rd rack was a gimmick but it is really useful. We put all of our small bowls and big serving utensils up there. We love that the middle rack is adjustable. We mostly use the middle setting but the flexibility is there when you need it.
I love being able to look at the floor and see how much time is left. Great feature!
Lastly, the unit does a great job of cleaning the dishes while being incredibly quiet. When we got it installed I immediately loaded and ran it. My wife walked in and asked if I was going to test it. She was blown away when I told her it was already running.
Definitely a pricey unit but we regret nothing: )

Hard to find in stock,but worth the wait. The wife was just tired of our old dishwasher that didn't dry well, and the noise that we - well , got used to. First time we kicked off the Bosch, she opened the door to prove it was running. It's incredibly quiet. Add that to the fact its much better at removing any caked on food particles, and it dries far better than our previous (non-Bosch) unit, and it was quite an upgrade. The only negative, if you can call it that, is we aren't quite sure what we can use the third-rack for effectively. Oversize flat-ware I guess, which we just don't have too much use for. But that's a small quibble.

This is our second Bosch dishwasher and we would not consider any other brand. It is so quiet you dont even know it is on except for the displayed white light on the floor that tells you the time remaining. My only minor criticism is that youhave to turn the power off. The d/w shuts off at the end of the cycle but the power button is on until you press it again.

This machine holds a lot of dishes and is incredibly quiet. The only thing missing is a mechanism to pop the door open at end so the plastic cups aren't sold wert. It works really well otherwise.
