We primarily purchased the dishwasher for the sound level. Defintely lives up to hype. There is a learning curve for the loading the dishwasher. Was not as easy as our old 17 year model, but it holds a lot more dishes. There are so many options for run cycles it can be overwhelming. I am disappointed that it cannot use traditional liquid dishwasher detergent. Their quick guide says you can, but the use and care manual says powder or tabs. Tabs are a little more pricey/load, but they do work better than liquid we had left over.

This is our second Bosch dishwasher and we love it. Dishes always come out clean without any food residue and are virtually dry at the end of the cycle. We will never own amother brand of dishwasher.

Three issues:
1. If I had 40 plates only with each meal, it would be fine. Both the middle and lower rack only have slanted prongs which makes loading any other item difficult. The front half of the prongs should be vertical.
2. The middle rack glides smoothly until it gets within about 5" of the back. Then it grinds and scrapes and is very difficult to push all the way back. Really Bosch?
3. On the stainless front panel, the lower edge is crooked. Looks like it was bent funny at the factory. Reflects poor quality control.
If I wanted problems, I would have bought a $500 dishwasher, not a $1500 Bosch.

I have had mine for about a year and a half. It is Quiet. The dishes are clean. Every time. The racks are.set up to load dishes easily. The dishes dry very well. The third rack for knives and such is perfect. I just have nothing bad to say about this dishwasher. And did I mention Quiet?

Love the way it cleans, I will say that it is a bit annoying the sensitivity of the buttons and I wish I had gotten the one that projects how much time is left on the floor. It is so quiet we have to guess when it is done if we aren't paying attention to the red light. But would buy again

We are enjoying our new dishwasher. Couple observations, it is much larger than our old Bosch. The 3rd rack adds additional room. The other racks seem larger too. We are finding we are going longer between run cycles. It is very quiet! As far as cleaning seems to do a good job overall. I will say that we still rinse our dishes so we probably haven't given it a real test. Also since we are going longer between runs I think any food we do leave on them tends to dry and maybe harder to remove. Final comment, the stainless steel does show everything. Being so close to the sink our dishwasher gets lots of water on it and those spots show. I would have chosen a white one but it wasn't available.

Bought this one with a lot of expectations. While the machine itself is silent and does a good job cleaning, the tub is already rusting (see picture). My previous kitchen aid lasted for more than a decade and I only changed it for aesthetics after a kitchen remodel.
Customer service unreachable over the phone, tried a few different times and no one picks up. Over chat, the response was we check everything before we ship, try cleaning it with chemicals :(

In my homecountry all my kitchen appliances including washing machine, are BOSCH. In our house here in the USA we had a dishwasher that was so noisy that we couldn't hear the TV in front of us. Finally, I decided to get a new one and without any doubt bought a BOSCH. We had some issues with the installation of the appliance, but they were resolved quickly. I am relieved now - we sit in our living room and can hear not only the TV but ourselves! I wish I had bought it earlier - it is such quiet that if there is not that little red dot on the floor, one can think it is not working! I like the moving/adjusting rack feature, too. It allows to put bigger pans and pots on the lower rack and smaller stuf on other racks. I am still getting to know my BOSCH dishwasher, but so far I like it a lot! It confirms one more time what the German quality is.

We replaced an older GE gold noisey dishwasher with this Bosch after much research. It's soo quiet we rarely notice it running and it leaves all it cleans sparkling fresh. It's even better than we imagined in reading reviews. The only feature I would add is some chime to know when it's done.

We are very pleased with our new dishwasher. It is more sensitive than our previous model, but does an excellent job washing. I have had to correct how dishes were loaded a few times for the machine to start. The red floor light is helpful. We are getting used to a smart dishwashing machine!

I purchased this dishwasher based on reviews by technicians and customers. I think the reviews, which were excellent, were actually understated! The dishwasher is amazing, virtually silent, cleans everything to "like new" condition, drys everything perfectly including annoying plastic storage containers and lids, and gets crystal sparkling clean. The rack system is flexible and convenient to use, the top tray is perfect and I just simply love the dishwasher. I hope it lasts forever!

I waited 14 months for my top-of-the-line Bosch Dishwasher and it was worth the wait. The Bosch replaced a 19 year old Kitchen-Aid. Pros: quiet washer, cleans dishes extremely well, dries better (especially plastics), flexible loading of odd shaped items, third rack gives added capacity and safety features. Cons: door (when closed all the way) is hard to open (almost as though there was suction), the utensils holder has curved slots (when loading makes utensils cross), and stainless steel front shows a lot of fingerprints.

I've had dishwashers before. They worked fine, I thought. Then we did a remodel and got this one and it's truly amazing how much better this one works. Glassware is so clean I sometimes miss emptying it because it's so sparkling clean. I have a glass tea pot that has always been hazy after handwashing or using other dishwashers -- not so with this one! Perfectly clean on the first go. Also does a fantastic job with plastic containers.

Love this dishwasher. It is our second. The first one lasted more than 15 years. This one has a 3rd tray for silverware which I am getting used to. The cleanliness of my dishes is perfection as it was until the last load of the last Bosch we had. Will never buy another brand'

Really, really good dishwasher! We owned a Meile previously and had an issue with the pump mechanism after approximately 12yrs. Decided to replace it with another Meile vs having it repaired. Had an order placed for over a year and still couldn't get delivery. Decided to cancel order and purchase a Bosch upon recommendation from a dealer. We are very happy we did! My wife says it cleans better and she really likes the red LED shining on the floor feature showing it is running. Did I mention it is quieter so we hardly know it is running? All-in-all we are sorry we waited so long with a dishwasher, but very happy with the purchase. Hopefully we are equally satisfied with the reliability.

My most recent Bosch DW isn't up to task at hand cleaning my flatware - truly disappointing I have come to expect better but got something not up to the standard of previous models.

I'm so happy with my dishwasher. Dishes come out dry and it is so quiet. You can't tell it's running unless you look at the red light. Loading dishes takes getting used to since it seems there is less space between the top rack and bottom rack . And i love having the third rack!

Also with this money this washer missing many options other dishwasher you can get it. setting up rinse cycle or rinse aid amount nightmare. This dishwasher also do not have dry options. you will get your dishes wet when it finish. it is a nightmare to set up these futures.

Love the way it is so quiet and washes really well. I have two problems: I am still having problesm fitting my dishes and glassware in it. Several glasses have broken while being washed.
Also the stainless steal is impossiboe to keep clean. It is suppose to not show fingerprints but it is terrible with prints. They say not to use stainless steel cleaner so I try to clean with Dawn only.. It never seems to get the long water drips or the prints off and it looks awfuo all the time!

Had to shop for a new dishwasher and it's been tough out there with the supply chain shortages. I was lucky enough to stumble across 1 Bosch dishwasher and without hesitation, I ordered it. Best decision ever! This dishwasher is so quiet that you don't even know it's on - seriously! Thank goodness for the red light that projects onto the floor while it runs! All items in the dishwasher come out fabulously clean if you follow Bosch's instructions on dishwasher loading, using JetDry, etc. Bosch even sent me more than a few emails following up my purchase (yes, register your purchase with Bosch!) with the most helpful information. If used as instructed, contents of the dishwasher do dry (which is a rarity it seems.) We're still experimenting with how best to load the dishwasher - it's a work in progress. Love the pocket handle on the model we bought - the dishwasher faces our kitchen island and there's not a ton of space in between the 2. The pocket handle makes the physical presence of the dishwasher neat and sleek while allowing for the most space possible. So easy to use, and so easy to clean the filter (although we haven't had to do that yet.) The price point seemed to be pretty good when comparing to other brands with the same caliber dishwashers..... also very important! The one thing I question is the usefulness of the top rack that came with our model - it's a shallow rack for serving pieces, small bowls, and smaller kitchen utensils. I know many of the models come with a slotted top rack that all silverware can be placed in - our model has more traditional silverware slotted baskets on the 3rd rack instead. Might prefer to have more space on that 3rd rack if baskets were removed, and be able to load up the 1st rack with silverware. Yup, it's a thing. Still so glad I got our dishwasher!!!

When our developer dishwasher began dying, I knew it would have to be replaced. So I did my research and chose a Bosch, just like the last time I'd bought a dishwasher.
But ordering it wasn't like the last time due to the pandemic. Supply chains were a mess and my first-world problem seemed small compared to the illness and death around the world.
After finding every big box and small box store, and internet store was OUT--I ordered locally from Manny's. I could have had a baby in the nine and a half months it took to enter my home. And then, I fell in love.
The dishwasher is so quiet, I didn't think it was running till I noticed the light shining on the floor to assure me, it truly WAS a Bosch.
So that is how I fell in love with my brand new Bosch dishwasher.

If it wasn't for the red light the glows on the ground when cleaning, we can't hear a thing. It's a nice size that I can fit most of my dishes in, we just have tall glasses that I have to put on the bottom shelf instead of the second shelf. Otherwise I'm in love!

Replaced our high end Wh... that lasted 5 years with a Bosch and I am amazed at how quite it is. Must be the reason it has a light on the floor. I am also really impressed with its drying ability everything is always dry. I wish I had a choice to pick Bosch when the house was built.
