Had to replace our ASKO in an emergency. Our local dealer had this in stock, so we took a chance. Easy to install, great instructions for mounting the panel, and we were back in business! A local plumber was there when I was asking installation questions, and he advised not to overtighten the hose onto the dishwasher, as the fitting is plastic. Good advise. We ran it hard for the first two weeks, and loved the results. Nice, clean dishes. Very quiet operation. And I love the top silverware tray. Very handy when we cook for a crowd.

HAd a horrible experience with Jen air ( whirlpool) I'm 72 years old had multiple dishwashers none were as efficient, ease of loading and unloading. Plus super quiet and everything comes our clean! We love the cutlery tray no bending over super clean and so easy to unload vs a basket!!!! Have recommended to my friends. Thank you love love it!

We've had this dishwasher for about a month and a half. We did a kitchen renovation. It cleans well, holds a lot and we like the rack on the top for utensils. It's very quiet. It's good that it shines a red light on the floor so you know it's on. It would be better if it shone a green light on the floor when it was finished. That will remind us to open the door to turn the machine off and to prop the door open to finish air drying the dishes. Otherwise, we're happy with this Bosch product.

I love the loading of this dishwasher… Really fits lots and lots of dishes, bowls and glasses, we can load double what we could in our previous one. It's heavy to open, you have to really pull hard. I have to use the extra dry setting to get everything dry, but I think that's the case with most energy efficient dishwashers. Would definitely buy again!

Purchased another Bosch based on my last dishwasher lasting 10 years. But i have some regrets with this model. The middle rack isn't adjustable and it doesn't fit wine glasses. The dishes never seem to dry enough even on extra dry mode. If I forget them I ran the dishwasher and not empty it the dishes smell. I put in a service ticket and they just told me to make sure I had it on extra dry. Still not resolved. I had to get replacement wheels for the lower rack as my loads where too heavy. The rack kept on coming off the rail. For $950.00 I would have expected more.

My new Bosch dishwasher took me a little time to learn about and get used to. Hear me out. I needed to look up and watch the online videos to learn how to turn it on, change the settings, and understand the order in which to do things. I also learned how to properly use the top pull out cutlery tray and how to raise and lower the top rack. This is the first time that I read about utilizing the rinsing agent to get cleaner dishes without spots. I really spent some time aquanting myself with this appliance and its features and I am glad I did so that I can fully appreciate its full potential.

We had a Bosch dishwasher that lasted 18 years...because of the pandemic we were limited on what we could purchase. The 300 panel ready was the only Bosch available. I don't like how the bottom rack is lined up. Only good for dishes not for bowls etc. The top rack limits tall glassware to be placed in the glass rack. It cleans fine. It's very basic.

This dishwasher is quiet and extremely energy- and water-efficient. It features a very well-thought-out interior design, with a third tray, and is very capacious. On the down side, it doesn't wash as well as our old, 1994 dishwasher, which was an energy guzzler but did the job better.

I've never had a Bosch dw before, only Miele. And HANDS DOWN Bosch wins. With Miele I can count on both hands how many times it's cleaned without grit or food residue (from day 1, and I had it 6 years before I sold my house). Miele and others said it was because ingredients have changed in dw soap, and I resigned myself to thinking it was normal. I took a chance changing brands to Bosch and I am over the moon with my choice. Customer suooort is pretty great too (fairly quick reaching a service agent, and a native English speaker at that!--not like Miele who outsources). Highly recommend Bosch dishwashers!!!

Maybe 3 stars is too high. The dishes are rarely dry and the dishwasher constantly stinks bad. Contacted Bosch and tried all their recommendations without success. I don't want to live my life around a dishwasher. It's supposed to be the other way around. So yes, I do regret buying what I thought was a well-built top of the line dishwasher.

This dishwasher worked great for us for 2 years. We used in once every couple days and it was solid. However, just the other day it started making a loud whirring noise and not cleaning as well. This noise is clearly not good, but Bosch refuses to do anything about assisting with the repair. Now, it is out of warranty, so maybe this is on me, but I apparently incorrectly assumed that purchasing a Bosch would leave me with a product that would last at least 5-10 years, not 2. I'm very disappointed in the company, their product, and their customer service. Two years in on a $1,000 dishwasher, and there is a clear issue. I will rethink before purchasing from Bosch in the future.

We remodeled our kitchen this year and got this dishwasher. It worked great with our IKEA panel cover and functions SO WELL. Our house is small, about 900 sqft, and it is so quiet. We can finally watch TV and run the dishwasher at the same time! Also, not used to not rinsing dishes much before throwin them in, but everything is thoroughly cleaned after it runs. Would 10 out of 10 buy again and recommend!

amazing washing results, few flaws

This dishwasher has the best washing results I've ever had and it was much less expensive than my prior Bosch and Miele models. The interior is spacious and holds a ton and I love the top rack. The racks don't flip down and that is a bummer but if you pay more you get more flexibility in a higher end model. The two "bugs" I see are the bottom rack isn't in a groove so it flops around and you have to set it right... both when loaded and not. The other thing is it just isn't that quiet! I don't understand why but it is much louder than my last two models. I can hear it in the next room. It isn't awful, I'm happy to have such clean dishes. Even eggs and oatmeal come off on cookware I never got clean in past machines.

Disappointing Customer service

I am very disappointed with our Bosch dishwasher. The lower rack is constantly falling off the track, sometimes even when it is empty. I'm tired of lifting the tray and setting it on its track. Speaking with a customer service representative, after 2-1/2 hours of waiting, I was told "there is a known problem with the basket tracking" and often a new wheel kit will resolve the problem. I installed the new wheels, which appear to be identical to the original wheels, and the problem continued. After an additional 2 hours waiting to speak with a customer service representative, I used the web site chat feature. I was told a Bosch service representative would be at our house in two weeks to resolve the problem. Starting 3 days before the scheduled appointment I tried to reach customer service to verify the appointment. I spoke to a service representative at 6:00 AM the day before the service representative was to arrive. I was told the "Chat sessions can not make service appointments" and that there are no Bosch employee representatives in Ohio. I was emailed a list of authorized Bosch support contractors and told that I should call one and schedule an appointment. The appliance store where we purchased the dishwasher was on the list of authorized support contractors. The appliance store scheduled an appointment one week from when I called. The representative looked at the basket and said it had to be replaced but the basket is on backorder. That was 2 weeks ago. We have heard nothing from the representative or the appliance store. We have been dealing with this problem for over 2 months. I will not recommend Bosch to anyone. We are pleased with the cleaning and the low noise level of the dishwasher, but the basket problem over-shadows all the good qualities of the dishwasher.

The fact that this dishwasher is so silent when running is absolutely amazing. However, I don't like that the cycles take so long to run, half my dishes are still wet after the cycle is done, I can't run smaller cycles (for example just a top rack load). I also believe the water is shooting out way too hard because some of my smaller, lighter dishes get knocked over and then the dirty detergent water is left inside them.

We selected this Bosch dishwasher for three reasons: 1. our KitchenAid (7.5 yr old) needed replaced; 2. Bosch reputation; 3. needed a replacement dishwasher that would accommodate our existing wood panel. So far, I'm pretty pleased with the Bosch dishwasher. A couple things that I especially like about it are the 3rd (upper) rack, which is really nice for smaller, flat items. The other thing that I think is far superior to our old KitchenAid is the drying ability. At the end of the wash/dry cycle, the dishes and silverware are dry and spot-free in the Bosch. Another thing that I especially like is the 60-minute cycle. Since I rinse dishes well before placing in the dishwasher, this is a very nice feature. Love all these things about the Bosch. There are only two things that I don't like about the Bosch, but I'm adapting and adjusting to these differences from my old KitchenAid. I find the Bosch challenging to load and doesn't seem hold the amount of dishes that I'm used to. The only other "shortcoming" is the door operation. I wish that I was able to partially open the door and have it hold, without having to fully lower the door. Sometimes I just want to add a piece of silverware or small item in the front of the dishwasher and have to fully open/extend the door to do so. But overall, I'm satisfied with the Bosch and think it performs well.

Big improvement over our 11-year-old KitchenAid dishwasher. It's super quiet. It gets the dishes clean. Love the third rack for silverware. I can't support others' complaints that dishes are wet after the cycle ends. My habit is to run the dishwasher after dinner...when I go to bed I might prop the door open. When I get up in the morning, the dishes are clean and dry. If I fail to prop the door, I might need to wipe water off the bottoms of glasses/mugs. Or prop the door so things can dry while I'm at work. Not a big deal! Appreciate how quiet it is, and how easy it is to access the filter for cleaning ever few months.

This model replaced our Bosch SHV57C03UC. Unfortunately it has different exterior dimensions. My fault I didn't notice, but fortunately I was able to modify the back wall under our counter to accomodate -- this unit is about 1" deeper. Cycles seem unduly long, and without rinse agent dishes don't dry, even with extended dry option. This was not a problem with the older unit (never used rinse agent with it). Layout of trays is different and we are still adjusting; most notably the top third rack takes away vertical space for taller glasses. The old washer had many parts replaced before the pump finally died. Hoping for longevity with this model.

Generally delighted with this new diswasher. It's so quiet that you can walk past it and not realize it's running. Happily a small light shines on the floor when it's running so you can tell. Gets everything very clean as well. I took off one star becuaseour cups and glasses don't fit well in the upper rack--the spaces are a little small.

The best thing about this washer is that it is super quiet. The spacing in the racks are too narrow for most glasses and mugs and also don't hold tall glasses. We had to remove the very top rack permanently so the tall glasses wouldn't hit it. Also, the washer doesn't clean or dry very well. The cycle time is super long, and we always have to rewash some of the dishes. The dryer is terrible. The door and dishes are always covered with water even after using the extended drying option. There are better and cheaper options for washers out there.

Panel ready dishwasher

The spring on the door was way too strong. My panel was within the weight tolerances that were in the BOSH instructions but the door would not stay open when loading. They charged me $60 to replace the springs. Also the inside part that sprays water was never connected at the factory and fell out.

So far we love how the dishwasher functions. It's so quiet. It looks great integrated with the rest of our kitchen cabinets. It does tend to leave the dishes inside still a bit wet because of the condensation so we really try to open the door as soon as the cycle is done to let the hot air out.

I purchased Bosch dishwasher from Tasco Appliances in Brampton. From day one, this product did not my expectations. This dishwasher won't dry dishes properly and water / moisture is all over. This means one end up drying the dishes by hand. This defeats the purpose. I informed Tasco many many times with no response and then I reached to Bosch and they were not any better. I never expected between the vendor and manufacturer no one will take responsibility to response the customer problems. On service I would rate 0 star. I have not given up hope. I still expect Bosch will take responsibility to make sure my problem is fixed.

Was great for 2 years, now we cannot get it repair

Dishwasher was fantastic for 2 years. In past 6 months, 4 service calls to address error E15 that cannot be repaired. There is no link, no blockage but the dishwasher stops and the motor runs really loudly and the unit will not turn off. We have to turn off at the circuit breaker to turn it off. Researching fixes. Was fantastic before!!
