I cannot believe how amazing this dishwasher is. I purchased it because of the ability to dry plastics. It does as advertised. They come out clean and dry. I can put the plastic dishes away immediately instead of spreading it all over my counters to dry. What I did not know is that there is no heating element so I can put dishes anywhere and not just the top rack. Wow, what a bonus.. Speaking of the top rack, that too is wonderful. It does take away height from the other two racks, but I adjusted quickly, learning to load tall items differently. And, of course, it is amazingly quiet. If I hear a noise, it is because I loaded something wrong. Thank goodness for the light on the floor. Now, if there was a refrigerator that was as quiet.... I also love that it tells me when to load more rinse aid. Can't say enough good things about this dishwasher!

I never thought i would get excited about a dishwasher, but this is an amazing machine. The loading takes a little getting used to, but the reaults are amazing. The dishes come out mostly dry (very few exceptions). I wish there was an indicator to tell tou when the cycle is done, and the dishes are clean. The thing is so quiet you forget about it.

Tray layouts are too tight.

The red light is good because it is quiet. Can't fully load because the spacing is too tight and dishes won't get clean. Cleans good when 2/3rds to 1/2 full. Wife took the small top tray out because she couldn't get her wine glasses on the 2nd tray without the wine glasses hitting and getting knocked over by the top tray, which hardly anything fits good in this tray anyway.

We had our previous Bosch dishwasher and I was in awe but then a switch blew and we decided it might be time to update it. Wow am I glad we did. First it is so quiet the only way you know it is off is when the red laser light that shows on the floor goes off 2 we wash a lot of glasses and used to have to stop the cycle to not have spots. No more cycle complete no spots 3. There are spaces for ever thing. Glassware silverware small plates huge plates bowls vases you name it. Love my dishwasher. Definitely a upgrade

It does a great job washing dishes, but we keep finding rinse agent stuck to plates on the bottom. After the dishwasher has been run, there is nothing to indicate that is has been run so, for example, my wife runs it when I wasn't home. I get home and add dirty dishes to it.

Dishes are chipping and the door cap broke

Glass Dishes are chipping by themselves when you use the special crystal dry feature and it already needs a repair 3 months later because the door cap broke. Wont be surprised if people start noticing and it gets recalled.

This is our second (well third) Bosch. Previous home came with a Bosch dishwasher. It was the first time we had this brand and it was one with front panel controls. Someone in my family (name will go unmentioned) broke the panel off. We sort of reattached it, and it ran just as well, but a few months later at Christmas with so much more family traffic it came off and stayed off. We had a repair guy come. He said, "You should just get a new one. This is over 15 years old and the parts are not available." 15 years? Impressive, so we replaced that one with another Bosch (that was 2015). Moved from that house in 2021 and it was still going strong 6 years later. Fast forward to our current home and after a year in this home, the GE that was here just started leaking and not cleaning well anymore. Based on when this house was built and purchased by previous owners, we knew the GE was only about 4 years old. So we immediately decided to get a Bosch again due to our previous experiences with the brand. Love the newer features, like a third row and adjustable rack. We were running the GE at least 3-4 times a week, but somehow can get so much more in this one that we only run it 2-3 times a week. It allows us to fit so much more even though it's the same size! (We need more forks since we seem to run out before they are cleaned- LOL!). Oh and all three Bosch we have had have been so quiet and have dried well too, but this one has been the quietest. Appreciate the glowing red light on the floor to indicate it is on. Thank you Bosch for another fine product.

I don't what else to say, the three racks is nice, The only thing I could complain about and it is super minor is that sometimes pulling silverware out of the baskets will sometimes cause the baskets to unhook themselves from the bottom rack

We had a Bosch before so I already knew the quality of the product. When this was installed the techs told me - scrape the food off but do not rinse! That was so foreign to me...I'm a rinser! But, heeding their advice we put dishes in and they sat and the remnants dried up. I was so worried how dishes and flatware would come out. They were so clean!!!! The Crystal Dry is amazing too. Overall, this is a very solid, well designed, and extremely quiet unit. Our major concern is that the bottom rack handle is made of stainless steel, which often makes contact with the interior of the stainless steel door. This contact has resulted in rust on both components that will likely continue to get worse overtime. The unit is only four months old, which is disappointing. This dishwasher is easily 5-rated without this issue.

very effective cleaning in a stainless steel interior metal shell. very quiet operation- i do need the indicator light shining on the floor to signal that the cycle is complete. Insulation is solid- when i open the very solid door, interior is still warm from previous night's cyle. Interior contains flexible drawers with collapseable tines. Use the "half load" cycle often which is a good option. Summary: effective, solid appliance.

This dishwasher is AMAZING! It is so quiet that when I've had people over to my house and everyone is in the kitchen talking, I ask everyone to be quiet and tell me what they hear. Everyone looks at me crazy, but then they are blown away when I say that my dishwasher is running! In addition to it's silence, the amazing machine cleans every single dish in this dishwasher. I've always wondered if buying the higher quality appliances make a difference, well in the this case it ABSOLUTELY does! Buy this dishwasher, you won't regret it. The only negative for me is that it is a bit tricky trying to figure out how to change the settings. So instead, I just leave them as is (or Youtube a video if I really need to switch it).

Silent but a bit awkward

I enjoyed the 3 level rack conceptually, but after putting it to use, it was a bit inconvenient when I'd put something in the 2nd tier because it kept scraping the bottom of the top tier. The rack on the bottom is inconvenient when placing larger items, so I can't place as many things as I'd like. When I watched the youtube video that the 2nd rack is adjustable, I tried and it's awkward and hard on my hand. So I don't adjust it anymore when I have cookie sheets I need to put in. With the price point, I wished I could put in more stuff. If it wasn't for the reputation of Bosch brand, I am not sure I'd purchase it again.

Waited Forever But It Is Perfect

Replaces a 14 year old Bosch. Did take nearly a year to get it but I wanted this specific model. I love the three racks and being able to do all kinds of adjusting depending on what's being washed. Such as putting the middle rack up on one side down on the other for tall items on one side bottom rack and wine glasses on other side middle rack. The new drying technology gets EVERYTHING dry as long as you angle things. Love this dishwasher.

An Expensive Mistake

I purchased what I thought was supposed to be a top of the line Bosch dishwasher. Unfortunately, on the third wash cycle, it started throwing an error code and wouldn't complete the cycle. I called Bosch to request a repair. They don't have factory service in my area so I had to use one of their approved local providers. The repair tech came on August 31, 2022 and found the problem. Sadly, he said it cannot be repaired. It is now September 12th and I'm still waiting to hear back from Bosch as to how they are going to make this right. Disappointed and angry!!!!

I love my Bosch Dishwasher. After 20 years of another dishwasher, I researched and eventually bought a Bosch dishwasher. It was wonderful even with a motor problem I had to have fixed. Then I moved and our new home had a dishwasher I didn't like at all. I used it until it had a problem and decided to buy a new one. I went right back to buying another Bosch. It is the top of the line because that was all that was available, and I love it. The cycles are long, but the dishes are clean. Lots of room and it is easy to organize the dishes and get so many more plates, bowls, and cups in it with 3 different shelves. I would recommend this product highly.

Product needs work, Bosch should listen

After reviewing my dishwasher, Bosch responded with an inference that I am too dim to know how to load and operate a dishwasher. This model has issues, and Bosch should listen and respond with addressing the issues, not insulting its customers. The racks are not designed to accommodate typical household dishes. The third rack is basically a shallow open space that can only hold flat utensils. The control panel is faulty, not responsive and needed repeated and prolonged touch. The model needs to be reconsidered and redesigned. If I could return it for refund, I certainly would.

The rack design on the bottom should be redesigned to allow for wider items - the picks are too close to each other for many of my items (like blender pitcher, microwave plates with lips, pots/pans and their lids). I don't use the 3rd tray (top) if I have glasses to wash, because the glasses are too tall to use with it. It has been cleaning pretty good, but doesn't dry very well - I air dry by the door being open for an hour or so. The silverware trays for the bottom rack should have a little wider spacing to accomodate various widths of silverware handles - the bottom spacing is good though, to keep small things from falling thru. It is a very quiet machine.

I was pleased that it has three racks, but soon found out that the configuration of the racks render much of the space useless. The racks also do not slide smoothly, but wobble in and out like those of a low end appliance. The wine glass holders do not hold glasses steady, risking damage during the cylce. The buttons need to be pressed hard and long, multiple times before actually working. The rinse aid dispenser, even set at the lowest setting, eats rinse aid like there is no tomorrow. On the plus side, the dishes come out clean, and the machine actually functions, unlike my two prior models. This model cost as much as the prior brand I owned, but the racks and accessories are of much lesser quality. Given Bosch's heritage, I expected more. Time will tell if it has a longer lifespan than its competitor.

I have owned one of the previous versions of this dishwasher for about 8 years. I loved it so much that when we started our kitchen remodel I knew I was going to get the "slightly" upgraded current version for our new kitchen. My M-i-L law has also had one for 10 + years and loves hers too. S-i-L just got one this last winter. There aren't any negatives on any of the Bosch wishwashers we have owned.

The diswasher performs well. Had a problem with the latch but it was fixed. (Washer was stopping mid-cycle. The red indicator light on the floor would flash.) While the 3rd rack on top seems to be nice, it takes away from the space on the racks below. I don't think I'd buy another dishwasher with the 3rd rack. The unit is super quiet, that's for sure. Happy with this dishwasher.
