Made me hate LG products and service

Worse than awful. Refrigerator never worked out of the box scheduling repairs took 9 days then the tech realized it was a compressor leak and we had to return the refrigerator. A piece of junk. The process was so frustrating and LG holds their customers and vendors hostage with a protracted schedule and punishing repairs and warranty process. LG Agents gave me different answers at different times and withheld info despite me patiently spending hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue of not having a working fridge.

I bought this refrigerator less than 4 mos ago the cooling system is defaulted. I called customer service. Was given an appt. There were 2 follow up calls to confirm the appt. The morning of I got a call that the appt had to be cancelled because the part wasnt delivered. Same morning the tech called I relayed that I got the cancellation call. HE INFORMED ME that the part was being delivered to my home and to call and reschedule when received. Meanwhile food is spoiling and had to be tossed out. Crap product. Crap Service

Loving my new fridge I had another for 12 long years S and every 3-4 months had to empty the entire thing into coolers for 24 to defrostIve was always awful then just quit. Ive got quite a few friends who love their LG and now I know why I hugged it and the delivery guys when I got it-such a great feature with the middle drawer with all the meats and cheeses easy to get to. Cant like it any more 3

Its been one month since purchasing this refrigerator. I love these main features: French doors Full Convert drawer Bottom Drawer freezer Internal Water Dispenser Slam-Resistant doors. The deep shelves on the French doors hold a lot of condiments other smaller items which saves the shelf space for bigger items. Veggie Fruit drawers are very large. Currently Im using the Full Convert drawer for drinks deli items. Freezer drawers hold a lot of food. I havent had any issues. Refrigerator Freezer are maintaining their proper temperatures.

The refrigerator is still over 40 degrees dispite being set at 33 degrees. Put an order in for service more than 2 weeks ago first company A1 appliance repair cancelled the service call told by LG they needed more money for my location ie zip code. LG Put it out for repairs again and no call from any service at day 6 since last call. We are very disappointed with LG. The point of purchase management is offering a refund if its not repaired by next week.

Love the soft close doors This is such a nice feature. Kids cant slam the doors and you just softly push it and it does the rest of the work. We use the small drawer for snacks for the kids to easily grab.

I purchased the fridge in February. It is now May and I have to make an appointment for a repair because it is not making ice. I still am happy with my purchase but wish I could say it has been I 5 star experience. I am happy I bought the extended warranty

I did end up buying this refrigerator online directly from LG because of price. Its the perfect refrigerator for us spacious big freezer drawer and though I though the convertible drawer was gimmicky we actually like it. This is a beautiful fridge
