It has a mind of its own . When it is tired of working it will change the settings. The remote access keeps coming on and it was not set up because we have no internet. When it works its wonderful. Hard to keep the top clean needs to be that grey speckled top that use to be on stoves. Looks great sitting in the kitchen but when it turns its self own it can be confusing.

I am still learning how to use the many features but it bakes so evenly and that is awesome. I enjoy the multi purpose burners choose the size on the two front ones so no wasted heat.

I bought it at the end of June and it took me till Christmas to realize that it wasnt me hitting wrong buttons or programming it wrong that the oven really had a mind of its own . The remote access kept coming on and I didnt program it because we dont have internet. And you really should go with a black gray marble top that doesnt show everything . This black top shows everything

The range has great features and seems to be well constructed. We bought this one because of the cook surface features multiple burner sizes manner in which glass top sealed to range and oven features air fry large capacity sealed interior door seal. Multi-size burner controls are difficult to get used to one dial to control 2 or 3 sized elements- have to select the correct setting for the size pan you are using. Difficult to see settings without reading glasses. Air fry feature performs below expectations. Definitely not a substitute for an stand alone air fryer. Currently have an issue with oven fan. LG support rather difficult to get service and issue is not resolved. Oven racks rather flimsy compared to other brands. Cook top difficult to clean stains off of it even with cook top cleaner. Cant get wi-fi feature to work at all.

Bought this right before Christmas as my old one became dangerous to use. We do a TON of baking and utilize the oven a lot. No matter what we cant get this thing to work properly. Diced potatoes take close to 2 hours to cook in this thing instead of the 45 minutes they should. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get a crisp pizza crust or cook the bottom of anything properly in this thing. Its like there isnt even a bottom bake element. Dont even get me started on air-fry. It seems like it only air-frys at 300 degrees no matter what setting you have it on. So frustrating.

So far so good. Oven knock light did go on misteriouly by itself once but other than that stove is working fine.
Son in law has warned me about problem has had with getting warranty service with LG product but hopefully I will be fine should I need it. I found there to be small rubber inserts on either side of oven door that I wasnt able to decide if part of packing or not not mentioned in manual easily removed but I left them in seems to have little effect on stove performance?

I am very happy with the stove. However as an Air Fryer oven it does NOT include the Air Fryer basket or tray. A little disappointing so you need to buy your own. I called LG to confirm it is not included.

We bought this range to replace our 10 yr. old gas range. We love how easy it is to clean and how good it looks. We installed some range gap covers on the sides which really give it a very clean look. Water boils so quick and it easy to control the temperature as you cook. The oven is a beautiful blue on the inside with 3 racks that give you a variety of options for using the air fry and convection modes. So far it performs great but we havent had a chance yet to really test the range other than a few times. Well worth it with the price of gas climbing.

I really like the look of the range in place of an old slide in we replaced. It didnt quite slide in to the existing space but after some cutting out of counter tiles it fit like a glove. Although we havent had a chance to use it extensively from what Ive experienced so far were pretty happy with it. Were in the process of slowly replacing all of our old copper bottomed cookware because of the possibility of it scratching the glass cooktop surface. Overall we are pleased with the purchase.

Bought a LG suite from Rona October 2022 stove came defective burnt out bake element. Its now near the end of January and were still fighting to get it fixed. You can only frites and boil for so long.

I do a lot of cooking so I spent a good amount of time researching features and brands before landing on this one. Once I figured out how all of the burners worked and how to use the various oven settings I really liked using this range. The front edges do scratch relatively easy if you have heavy duty cookware ours did on day 1 . The oven light feature is utterly annoying. I initially thought ours was broken because it would constantly turn on while I was cooking even when I wasnt using the oven. After looking online it seems this model has a feature that lets you knock on the oven window to turn on the light guess that is way less work than pressing a light button?. Well it also turns on every time you make a sound on the stove like the clanking of a pot hitting the stove. I think so far that is my biggest gripe. I am still trying to figure out the air fryer features as I have not gotten it to work nearly as well as our countertop air fryer. All in all I am pleased with this purchase.

I am working on how to use the air fryer and convection oven and part. Ive used it a few times. It seems like Ill set the temperature and it doesnt go up to the temperature. I need to go up to having difficulty to try to understand what needs to be done and how it works right

This product was bought for my wedding celebration. When I saw it the modern style design 5 shapes of cooktop were fabulous so I did buy it without any doubt. Bought the range two mos ago primarily for the Air Fry capability. Manual states No need to preheat. After 4 different exhaustive frustrating efforts with Customer Service a service tech finally came stated the range needed to be pre-heated 45 min prior to utilizing air fry function. After referencing what was stated in the manual he replied thats all marketing and not reality. Very disappointed that air fry requires extensive preheating and cook times.

Our new range was delivered to us on January 2 of this year a great way to start the new year I have enjoyed the European convection aspect of the oven by baking several different types of bread. The bread has turned out evenly baked to perfection I also like the fact that the surface has the waffle pattern on the cooktop as it is more resistant to scratches and easy to clean. The touch door to light the oven is not necessary but pretty cool just the same

Have had the range just over two years. Until recently it worked great. However it no longer is able to reach and hold and accurate temperature in the oven. By the time the new circuit board and temperature sensor are installed later this month we will have been without an oven for a month.

This oven is very dangerous some burners work and some when you turn on the back burner the front comes on also sometimes when you turn the burner on and start cooking it just stops working we bought the fridge which we have had trouble with and the dishwasher smells like something is burning when washing dishes buyer beware

Received the range in December 2022 and have been very pleased with its features and performance. Used the air fryer function for the first time and loved it. Between the versatility of the cook top and the oven with all the features and options this range performs well and was the perfect choice. On a side note - we love the blue color in the oven.

Ive really enjoyed the look and quality this stove brings to my kitchen. As other reviews have mentioned the control panel does have a gap that is bigger than most but you get used to it not sure how to describe it. Other than that Ive enjoyed cooking on this.

I have only used this for about a month and everything works great-I have not had an opportunity to use the Air Fry feature yet but cant wait. The only issue I have is theglass top to the burners. This is the 4th flat top I have had in several brands and I have never had any issue with the stove top. Even when I had teenagers cooking all kinds of messes on them I was always able to get them to look like new. The first time we used the new LG something was left on the top. No matter how many times I clean it I can not get it to budge. This is a very disappointing mark on my brand new stove.

Very unhappy with resulted of air fryer. Does not crisp a pork roast. Cust svc and two LG techs say must preheat. Yet manual and tv ads say no preheating. Does not signal when the 400degree temp is reached. Tried to return it to LG or Home Depot. They refused. Bought it 10/22/22.

We have had a previous LG oven for many years purchase back in 2007 there about. It finally died and we purchased a new oven only a couple months ago. It was very similar to the old one. Only problem is my wife hates it. Convection bake does not work very well old unit had 2 fans inside new one only has 1. She has tried everything to get the same results as previous one but no luck. She also dislikes the heating elements on the surface because again they dont function as well as the old oven. Lastly she loved the warming drawer in the old one but this one does not have it plus we couldnt fine any LG with one like the old one.

I have always been a LG fan.. Last year during my home renovations I bought a range of LG appliances for my kitchen including range refrigerator and dishwasher. but recently appliances have disappointed me alot I purchased my item in July and got my delivery in September they worked well for 13 months but after that range showed problem in one of the cooktop I thought it as a voltage issue but after few days other cooktop also stopped working and one thing I want to mention that I bought the latest model at that time everything has the manufacturing of 2021 but this time they just stated to fail in 2 years only ....

I have had this range for about a month now. I love the double and triple burners. So glad to have that again. Water boils quickly with the rapid boil burner. I used both convection and conventional oven settings for baking and both did really well. I am extremely happy with this range and highly recommend it. I now realize my old range never did work correctly despite what I was told.
