Love the washer and the features. Its very quiet and the tub is huuuge can easily wash a king size blanket with room to spare. It has a load of presets and then some you can add from the LG ThinQ app. One feature missing Id love to see is to be able to save a custom cycle. Our most routine wash I always select the preset closest to what I need then select the additional options. It would be nice to be able to save that as a custom preset like my old LG was able to.

These the washer and matching dryer replaced 12 year old top of the line Mieles that were impossible to get parts for. Theyre quieter work better and have a much larger capacity and better design than any newly available Miele.
